Control

As a personal customer, you can update personal data in the new mobile bank and in eBanking

You are also welcome to contact us if you believe that we have data that is not up to date or is not relevant (both as a personal customer and a business customer)

Do the rules also apply to businesses?

If you are a sole trader, the new rules are of importance to you as a business customer, as they also apply to the data we have about your business. The rules do not apply to data about other types of businesses.

Are you, as a person, connected to a business that is our customer?

If you are connected to a business that is a customer of ours, the rules are of importance to the personal data we have about you in that connection. For instance, we might have registered personal data about you if you are, for example, an owner, an authorized signatory, or a mandate holder in a business that is a customer of ours.
